On April 18, the Standing Committee of the Government Youth Union held a conference to summarize Youth Month 2025. VIMC Youth Union was awarded a Certificate of Merit for its outstanding achievements in organizing and implementing Youth Month 2025.

Speaking at the Conference, Deputy Secretary of the Government Party Committee Lai Xuan Lam said that 2025 is a year of many political events of special significance, marking a turning point in the cause of national construction and development. It is a key period for the entire Party, people and army to concentrate highly, promote the spirit of solidarity, innovation and creativity, in order to bring the country into a new era - the era of national development, towards the goal of making Vietnam a developed, high-income country with a socialist orientation by 2045.

Speaking at the Conference, Secretary of the Government Youth Union Bui Hoang Tung said that the Government Youth Union was established on March 6, 2025. This is the result of the process of merging most of the Youth Union units under the Youth Union of Central Agencies and the Youth Union of Central Enterprises, aiming to build a unified Youth Union organization, suitable for the organizational structure, functions, tasks and specific activities of the Government in the current period.

With the theme "Government Youth is proud and firmly believes in the Party", competing to welcome the success of Party Congresses at all levels towards the first Government Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, thousands of diverse and creative activities have been deployed across all Youth Union bases. The activities have created a strong ripple effect, clearly demonstrating the pioneering role of youth in realizing the major orientations of the Party, Government and Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation.

Firstly, organize the Youth Month Launch Ceremony 2025 at wharfs 3 and 4 of Lach Huyen Port (Hai Phong) and deploy many meaningful youth projects and tasks to welcome the Party Congresses at all levels and the 30th anniversary of VIMC's establishment such as: "Youth Garden", "Youth Road"...

Second, actively implement the policy of "3 links" - linking forces, linking localities, linking communities - in volunteer activities and social security activities for the community.

Third, successfully organize the Contest to learn about the 30-year history of formation and development of VIMC.

Fourth, successfully complete the 6 key targets of Youth Month 2025.
