On January 22, social networks spread a clip about a touching story of a male student that happened in Hoa Xuan ward (Cam Le district, Da Nang city).
According to the shared clip, at noon on January 21, a male student riding a bicycle accidentally collided with the back of a car parked on the side of Me Thu Street (Hoa Xuan Ward). Although he fell onto the street, fortunately the boy was not injured and left shortly afterwards.
However, just a few minutes later, the male student returned and left a piece of paper apologizing to the car owner: "I'm sorry for scratching your car. I wasn't paying attention when I was going to school and hit it." Along with that was a 200,000 VND bill stuck to the back of the piece of paper.

The car owner, upon reading the note, was not angry but instead took a picture and shared the story on social media, praising the male student's kind act.
Many comments praised the boy's sense of responsibility, and reminded students to pay more attention when participating in traffic.
Sharing with reporters, Ms. Le Ngo My Hanh, the car owner, said that her husband had parked the car in front of the house and when she came home, she discovered the incident. She was very emotional when she discovered the piece of paper and the 200,000 VND bill.

Afterwards, Ms. Hanh and her husband extracted the camera footage and guessed that the boy, about 13 years old, may have returned home to tell the story after hitting the car and asked his parents for money to return to "compensate" the car owner.
“My child is still young, and when he rides a bike, he often loses his balance and accidentally crashes into a car. I am glad he is not injured. My husband and I were very touched when we saw him leave a note with a message. His apology is a beautiful act, and it proves that he has had a very good upbringing environment," Ms. Hanh shared.
Ms. Hanh also expressed her wish to meet the male student again to return the money because her car had auto insurance.
