Gloucestershire Vietnam is a strategic cooperation program between Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics and Finance (UEF) and the University of Gloucestershire (UK) to train full international bachelors in Vietnam. In 2025, Gloucestershire Vietnam will implement an attractive scholarship policy with support levels from 25%, 50% to 100% of tuition fees including: Entrance Scholarship , Education Scholarship, Family Scholarship, and Talent Scholarship. The scholarship policy applies to phase 1 (first 2 years) of the course.

For admission scholarships, Gloucestershire Vietnam offers scholarship support from 25%, 50%, to 100% of tuition fees for candidates applying based on: high school transcript scores, high school graduation exam results, Ho Chi Minh City National University's competency assessment results, IELTS English certificate scores. In particular, from January 15 to May 31, Gloucestershire Vietnam opens an early scholarship registration portal for candidates using their grade 12 semester 1 scores and IELTS certificate scores.

Tuition fees are stable and guaranteed not to increase throughout the course.
