The festival is held in the third lunar month every year, attracting a large number of tourists to experience spiritual, cultural and artistic values.

Tuong Boi singing in Hung Trach commune and Sac Bua singing in Minh Hoa district and Dong Hoi city are unique folk art forms, preserved, conserved and developed by local people through many generations.

Khuong Ha Tuong Boi (Hung Trach) is organized in the form of a troupe of 13 to 18 people including: Tuong teacher (director), actress, actor, clown, and the roles of king, lord, general, soldier, teacher, student, and crowd.

Tuong melodies have many styles such as: Nam ai, nam binh, nam dung, tau ma, sa mat, than, ha khac, noi loi, trong quan... bearing the traditional cultural identity. Especially in the pronunciation, the way of enunciating words but decisively and strongly of the people in Khuong Ha has created a special feature compared to other places.
