The 2025 Southern Traditional Cake Festival in Ca Mau will last from April 26 to May 4, at Tran Hung Dao Square (Ward 5, Ca Mau City), with the participation of 30 units from provinces in the Mekong Delta region and localities in Ca Mau province.

This is one of many events within the program “Ca Mau - Destination 2025”, and one of many activities of Ca Mau province to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South, National Reunification Day April 30 and International Labor Day May 1.

One of the highlights of the Southern Traditional Cake Festival in Ca Mau this time is the promotion and demonstration of making traditional cakes with the theme “Fragrance of Ca Mau”, taking place on the opening day (April 27) and at 3 p.m. on April 28 and 29, along with the Traditional Cake Competition at 8 a.m. on April 30.

During the 3 days of the Southern Traditional Cake Festival in Ca Mau, the Organizing Committee recorded that each day there were about 15,000-16,000 visitors coming to visit, enjoy the cuisine and shop. At the festival, visitors also had the opportunity to enjoy free cakes as each day, up to 650 cakes were given to visitors.
