On the morning of January 11, at the Old Quarter Cultural Exchange Center (Hanoi), the People's Committee of Hoan Kiem District coordinated with the Center for Research and Promotion of Cultural Heritage Values to organize the Culinary Heritage Performance Program and Talk Show "Home-cooked Rice and Tet Feast" to honor artisans and spread the value of the capital's culinary heritage.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Vice Chairman of Hoan Kiem District People's Committee Le Anh Thu said that the program is one of the meaningful activities, continuing the series of events under the Project "Developing and promoting culinary cultural heritage of Hoan Kiem District to serve tourism development, by 2025, with a vision to 2030".

At the Talk show, culinary artist Pham Thi Anh Tuyet; Dr. Le Thi Minh Ly - Vice President of the Vietnam Cultural Heritage Association, Member of the National Cultural Heritage Council; Associate Professor, Dr. Dang Thi Phuong Anh - Faculty of Tourism, University of Social Sciences and Humanities; Mr. Nguyen Thuong Quan - President of the Vietnam Association of Vocational Training and Employment of Chefs shared about the special meanings of daily meals and Tet meals of Hanoians.
