Introducing the book, Director of the Institute of Educational Sciences and Environment Nguyen Van Khuong said that the book project "The Road to the Future" was carried out by researcher and writer Nguyen Xuan Tuan since 2019, with the support of many experts, scientists and researchers in many fields. The project hopes to provide insights into the future development of the country in the fields of culture, history, economy, education, health, agriculture, science, technology and society, thereby contributing a small part to the process of building a strong and sustainable Vietnam.

According to Mr. Nguyen Van Khuong, this book project is not only a research project, but also a part of the reading culture movement that is being encouraged in Vietnam. He also hopes that the content in the book will bring useful and practical knowledge to the community and society, helping people better understand the important issues that the country is facing and thereby contribute to the common development.

Sharing about the book, Lieutenant General and writer Huu Uoc commented that the work is imbued with humanity, high scientific dialectics, and stature, while also having in-depth theories closely linked to the practices of many fields that have been and are taking place in Vietnam and around the world.

Accompanying the author from the early days, Lieutenant Colonel, writer Phung Van Khai, representative of the Editorial Board, said: Through the book, the Editorial Board saw the depth of the strength and determination of writer Nguyen Xuan Tuan. The author "dared to enter difficult lands to provide answers to difficult problems".

Writer Tran Gia Thai, Chairman of the Hanoi Writers Association, also shared that he felt like he had to “carry the manuscript” when receiving the 1,000-page manuscript of the book “The Road to the Future”. However, the Chairman of the Hanoi Writers Association was immediately attracted when reading chapter 1 of the book and realized that the classic, scholarly content with a huge amount of information was skillfully presented by the author in a simple and familiar way, making it easy for readers to absorb.

Regarding this book, researcher and writer Nguyen Xuan Tuan said: "The Future Road" is the result of a research and contemplation process that lasted more than 5 years. The author and project members went to many localities in the country and many countries around the world to research and seek knowledge. The book is not only a collection of knowledge, but also becomes a panoramic, multi-dimensional picture of a number of areas of development of the country in the future. The core message of the book focuses on forecasting a number of key areas such as socio-economic development, forecasting hazards and risks. In addition, the book provides predictions, orientations, and solutions for sustainable and long-term development, not only for each individual, each cooperative, each enterprise, but also for the eternal development of the nation, the country and the Vietnamese people. In addition, the book also honors the values ​​of beliefs and religions, contributing to preserving and promoting the beauty of national culture, including tangible and intangible cultural heritage.
