Mr. Luyen Huu Chung is the Director of Yen Bai Department of Education and Training.

On the morning of January 21, Yen Bai Provincial People's Committee held a conference to announce and hand over decisions on personnel work.

Accordingly, the Chairman of the Yen Bai Provincial People's Committee signed a decision to transfer and appoint Mr. Luyen Huu Chung, Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Van Yen District to hold the position of Director of the Yen Bai Department of Education and Training. The term of appointment is 5 years, starting from January 20, 2025.

Presenting the decision and congratulating the new Director of the Department of Education and Training, Mr. Nguyen Tuan Anh, Chairman of the People's Committee of Yen Bai province, requested Mr. Luyen Huu Chung to immediately start working in the new position, using his capacity, strengths and experience, together with the Department of Education and Training, to promote the achieved results and overcome the shortcomings, limitations and difficulties.

In his acceptance speech, Mr. Chung affirmed that he will complete the assigned tasks well.

Mr. Nguyen Tuan Anh was appointed to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of Yen Bai Provincial Party Committee. The Secretariat decided to transfer and appoint Mr. Nguyen Tuan Anh to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of Yen Bai Provincial Party Committee, term 2020 - 2025.
