People learn history at the Military Museum during the holiday

On the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025), many people visited the Vietnam Military History Museum to learn and pay tribute to the heroic history of the nation.

The museum displays thousands of valuable artifacts, documents and images reflecting the nation's struggle to build and defend the country, especially during the two resistance wars against France and the US.

The legendary T54B tank number 843 that crashed into the side gate of the Independence Palace at noon on April 30, 1975 was recognized by the Prime Minister as a National Treasure.
