The film recreates the scale, significance and strength of national unity; "Awakening and Reconciliation" focuses on the event of more than 1,500 soldiers of the old regime laying down their arms and returning to the people in 1972. The film reflects the desire for peace, the spirit of national reconciliation and revolutionary justice; "Drawings from the Heart" explores paintings of President Ho Chi Minh by many famous artists, including "Uncle Ho writes the Declaration of Independence". The group of artists also solemnly held an incense offering ceremony at the President Ho Chi Minh Memorial House in Kim Lien Relic Site to express the deep gratitude of the film industry in particular and the people of the whole country in general to Him.

The two film events play an important role in spreading messages and raising social awareness. The organizers of the two film events have called on press and television agencies to coordinate in promoting the events so that they are more widely known. Both events contribute to looking back on the glorious journey of our nation, and are also a reminder for today's generation to always be grateful for the past, strive to learn and constantly strive in the journey of building the country.
