Not only is it a traditional festival, oriented towards the origin of building and defending the country of the nation, Hoa Lu Festival is also a national intangible cultural heritage, constantly being upgraded in scale, organization methods with many innovations, creativity, rich and diverse content, increasingly having a strong influence at the national, regional and world levels.

In the coming time, he suggested that Ninh Binh province focus on leading and directing the effective implementation of the set goals, including taking tourism and cultural industry as key industries, applying scientific and technological achievements, innovation and digital transformation as breakthroughs; further promoting the outstanding global value of the World Cultural and Natural Heritage of Trang An Scenic Landscape Complex; focusing on sustainable development, better resolving the relationship between conservation and development, ensuring harmony between economic development and socio-culture, environmental protection, and ensuring national defense and security.

In addition, Ninh Binh province continues to research, deepen and focus on disseminating and raising awareness, especially for young generations, about the historical and cultural values ​​of the ancient capital of Hoa Lu and the Dai Co Viet State. Hoa Lu Festival 2025 takes place from April 6 to 8 (ie March 9 to 11 of the lunar calendar) at the Hoa Lu Ancient Capital National Special Relic Site, Truong Yen Commune, Hoa Lu City. In addition to the activities organized according to tradition, this year, Hoa Lu Festival is organized with many new events and activities such as the Scientific Seminar on the life and career of Mrs. Pham Thi Tran - the founder of Vietnamese theater; Scientific Seminar and Exhibition "Costume and Ancient Costumes of the Dinh Dynasty"; activities to promote Ninh Binh tourism through the Propaganda Teams Festival; organizing exhibition spaces to introduce history, culture, handicraft products, OCOP products, typical goods and services of districts and cities.
