In order to encourage and motivate members and journalists to continue promoting practical and effective emulation movements, creating an important driving force to contribute to the successful implementation of political tasks as well as information and propaganda tasks of the Provincial Journalists Association in particular and Yen Bai province in general, the Yen Bai Journalists Association launched the emulation movement "Achievements to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the establishment of the Yen Bai Provincial Journalists Association (December 14, 1984 - December 14, 2024)".

This is an opportunity to help cadres and members of the province better understand the process of establishment, construction and development of the Yen Bai Provincial Journalists Association; educate the tradition, arouse pride, continue to promote, enhance the sense of responsibility, proactiveness, innovation and creativity of the Yen Bai journalists, contributing to continuing to promote the glorious tradition of revolutionary journalism, creating a vibrant and widespread competitive atmosphere in all fields through specific and practical activities; raise awareness and responsibility of all levels of the association as well as each journalist member so that the collective and each individual strive to achieve many achievements in professional activities, successfully completing assigned tasks.

Through the emulation movement, we also aim to consolidate and improve the quality of activities of the Association's organizations and journalist members, and build the Yen Bai Journalists Association stronger and stronger.

The emulation movement was organized extensively and practically, the emulation activities were vibrant, diverse, focused, key, effective, closely following the political tasks and professional tasks of the unit, and at the same time associated with Directive 05 of the Politburo "On promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle", the movement "Building a cultural environment in press agencies", strictly implementing the 2016 Press Law, Regulations on professional ethics and Rules for using social networks of Vietnamese journalists; doing a good job of discovering, nurturing, praising, honoring and replicating exemplary collectives, individuals, and advanced models.
