Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee officially issued the schedule for the 2024-2025 school year, students will return to school on August 26, except for preschool education, which will not organize the school opening ceremony. Schools will organize the opening ceremony on September 5.

End of semester I before January 18, 2025; Complete semester II and end the school year before May 31, 2025.

The actual number of study weeks for all levels of education must be 35 weeks (18 weeks for semester I and 17 weeks for semester II). Consideration of recognition of completion of primary school and recognition of graduation from secondary school before June 30, 2025.

Mr. Nong Quang Nhat, Vice Chairman of Bac Kan Provincial People's Committee, has just signed and issued the 2024-2025 school year schedule plan for preschool education, general education and continuing education in Bac Kan province.

The opening ceremony will take place simultaneously on September 5th, and the school return date will take place 1 week earlier on August 29th. For grade 1, the earliest school return date is 2 weeks before the opening day (ie August 22nd).

The school year must ensure 35 weeks of actual study (18 weeks for semester 1 and 17 weeks for semester 2). Educational institutions proactively develop teaching plans to ensure enough study weeks to suit the characteristics and practical conditions of the locality.

The People's Committee of Bac Giang province decided that all levels of education will return to school on August 29, with first graders returning on August 23. Preschools, general education and continuing education facilities in the province will hold the opening ceremony on September 5 and begin implementing the teaching plan on September 6.

Grade 10 admission is done before July 31, 2025.

On August 11, Mr. Dinh Van Kham, Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training of Ninh Binh province, said that according to the plan issued by the Provincial People's Committee on the 2024-2025 school year for preschool education, general education and continuing education in Ninh Binh province.

Accordingly, the first day of school for students is August 29, while first graders will start school on August 22. The first day of the new school year is September 5 and the first semester of the 2024-2025 school year will officially start on September 6 and end on January 14, 2025.

Students start semester II from January 16, 2025 and complete the program, ending the school year before May 31, 2025.

On August 9, Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee issued the 2024-2025 school year schedule for preschool education, general education and continuing education in the province.

Accordingly, in the 2024-2025 school year, students in the province will return to school on August 26; grade 1 students will return to school on August 19; schools will hold the opening ceremony on September 5. For preschool education, general education and continuing education, ensure 35 weeks of actual study, of which semester I has 18 weeks of actual study, starting from September 5, 2024 and ending before January 18, 2025; semester II has 17 weeks of actual study, starting from January 20, 2025, completing the program and ending the school year before May 31, 2025.

The People's Committee of Soc Trang province requires all levels of education to return to school at least 1 week before the opening day. The school year will end no later than May 30, 2025.

Back to school calendar 2024 Yen Bai

On August 8, the People's Committee of Yen Bai province issued Decision No. 1627/QD-UBND promulgating the time frame for the 2024-2025 school year for preschool education, general education and continuing education in Yen Bai province.

Accordingly, the 2024-2025 school year will start on September 5. The earliest school start date is August 29. For grade 1, the earliest school start date is August 22 (For educational institutions that organize Vietnamese language teaching for ethnic minority children before entering grade 1: the Department of Education and Training is assigned to guide the time for teaching Vietnamese to ensure compliance with Circular 23/2023/TT-BGDDT dated January 11, 2023 of the Minister of Education and Training).

Finish semester I before January 12, 2025. Complete semester II plan and finish the school year before May 31, 2025 to ensure 35 weeks of actual study.
