General Secretary and President To Lam assessed: The Politburo and the Secretariat have closely followed the entire program of the Party Central Committee to organize and implement many conferences in flexible forms, both in person and online, to effectively implement the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress. The Party Central Office, Party Committees, relevant agencies and organizations have coordinated well in advising and organizing implementation; the implementation of the documents and conclusions of the Politburo and the Secretariat has been effective... However, the remaining workload in the Work Program of the Politburo and the Secretariat from now until the end of 2024 is still large. The issues and areas related to the preparation work for the 14th National Party Congress must be completed in 2025, the "finish line" year of the goals set by the 13th National Party Congress, which is still very large.
