NDO - On January 16, in Hanoi, the Hanoi Education Trade Union coordinated with the Hanoi Department of Education and Training to organize the program "Tet Sum Vay - Xuan Ung Deng" and met and presented gifts to 36 cadres, teachers, and employees who are wives and 126 students who are children of soldiers working at the border and islands.


This is an annual activity to share, encourage and promptly support teachers and students in difficult circumstances during Tet.

Meeting and giving gifts to female teachers who are wives and students who are children of soldiers working at the border and islands is a meaningful and practical activity to encourage the wives and children of comrades, implementing the military rear policy, helping comrades feel secure in their work.

With the motto "No one is left behind", Director of Hanoi Department of Education and Training Tran The Cuong affirmed that the Hanoi Department of Education and Training will continue to accompany and share difficulties with the team of teachers and students. In the coming time, in order to take care of the lives of cadres, teachers and employees of the whole sector in a more timely, effective and practical way, Hanoi Department of Education and Training requests the Trade Union of the sector to coordinate in taking care of the lives of workers, focusing on improving their cultural and spiritual life; focusing on performing well the function of taking care of and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of workers.

In addition, the industry's trade union needs to continue to proactively participate in building and supervising the implementation of collective labor agreements and signing contracts in accordance with regulations, especially in non-public units.

The sector has reviewed to support 1,494 cadres, teachers and employees in difficult circumstances, of which the sector supported 450 cadres, teachers and employees with 1 million VND each and 1,044 cadres, teachers and employees with 500 thousand VND each.

The Hanoi Education Department also presented gifts to 106 children of cadres, teachers and staff who overcame difficulties and excelled in their studies with a total of 53 million VND, and presented gifts to 134 children of cadres, teachers and staff who won prizes in city-level cultural competitions for excellent students with a total prize of 67 million VND; at the same time, proposed to the City Labor Federation to reward cases that won national and international prizes...
