On July 24, 2024, the National Assembly Standing Committee issued Resolution No. 1112/NQ-UBTVQH15 approving the Vice Chairman of the Committee on Culture and Education of the 15th National Assembly. Accordingly, the Resolution approved Comrade Trieu The Hung, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Hai Duong province, to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the Committee on Culture and Education of the 15th National Assembly.

At the ceremony, on behalf of the National Assembly Standing Committee, Vice Chairwoman of the National Assembly Nguyen Thi Thanh presented the Resolution of the National Assembly Standing Committee approving the position of Vice Chairman of the Committee on Culture and Education to comrade Trieu The Hung.

Speaking at the direction and assignment, Vice Chairwoman of the National Assembly Nguyen Thi Thanh stated that Comrade Trieu The Hung is a National Assembly delegate of the 14th and 15th terms; a delegate of the Hai Duong Provincial People's Council of the 17th term; with the qualifications of Associate Professor and Doctor of Cultural Studies. He is a capable cadre, with basic training, developed from the grassroots, after 31 years of striving and growing up, through many positions in the Party and government, he has always fulfilled his tasks well. Since May 2020, he has been transferred and rotated by competent authorities to the locality, holding the positions of Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee, having accumulated nearly 4 years of experience in Party and government work in the locality.

During his work, Comrade Trieu The Hung always strived to promote his sense of responsibility, closely followed the Party's resolutions and policies, the State's policies and laws, tried to fulfill his assigned roles and responsibilities, demonstrated his steadfastness, leadership and management capacity, and closely followed his work. Comrade Trieu The Hung's approval to hold the position of Deputy Chairman of the Culture and Education Committee of the 15th National Assembly demonstrates the trust of the Secretariat, the Central Organization Committee, the National Assembly Party Delegation and the National Assembly Standing Committee in his efforts and struggles in the past time. This is an honor but also a great responsibility for him personally.

Vice Chairwoman of the National Assembly Nguyen Thi Thanh believes that Comrade Trieu The Hung will continue to improve his awareness and responsibility, constantly strive, practice a strong will, improve his knowledge, proactively research, apply and advise on institutionalizing the Party's resolutions and policies into projects and proposals that he is personally assigned to effectively, making worthy contributions to the work of the Committee on Culture and Education, the Standing Committee of the National Assembly, and the National Assembly.

Speaking at the new assignment, Comrade Trieu The Hung, Vice Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee for Culture and Education, expressed his honor and pride in being organized by the National Assembly Standing Committee to announce and hand over the decision on personnel work; thanked the Party Central Committee Secretariat, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man, and the Vice Chairmen of the National Assembly for their trust in appointing him to the position of Vice Chairman of the Committee for Culture and Education. Comrade Trieu The Hung affirmed that he would fully accept the opinions and directions of Vice Chairwoman of the National Assembly Nguyen Thi Thanh, and together with the Standing Committee of the Committee for Culture and Education, strive to successfully complete the tasks assigned by the Party, State, and People.

Comrade Trieu The Hung said that with more than 30 years of working experience, having held many positions in agencies from the grassroots to the central agencies, especially after more than 4 years of being transferred by the Central Government to Hai Duong province to hold the positions of Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee - this is a valuable time for him to gain more rich and profound practical experience to continue to promote and better perform his duties at the Committee for Culture and Education, with more appropriate and practical decisions.
