
At the meeting, delegate Dang Hong Sy informed voters about the expected content and agenda of the 9th session of the 15th National Assembly. Accordingly, the session is expected to open on May 5, 2025 and close on the morning of June 28, 2025. The session is divided into 2 working sessions: session 1 from May 5 to May 28, 2025; session 2 from June 11 to the morning of June 28, 2025. At this session, the National Assembly will decide on many historical issues of the country such as: The National Assembly will collect public opinions on the content of amending a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution. The National Assembly will consider and pass 30 draft laws, 7 resolutions and give opinions on 6 draft laws. At this session, the National Assembly will also give opinions and decide on many other important issues serving the work of arranging and organizing the apparatus of the entire political system, socio-economic development, etc.

Mr. Dang Hong Sy also informed and clarified the policy of rearranging and reorganizing administrative units at all levels, building a 2-level local government nationwide and in Binh Thuan province. To implement this policy, Binh Thuan province has developed a plan to merge 121 commune-level administrative units into 45 units. With the 2-level local government model, the functions and tasks at the commune level will change a lot compared to the present, requiring commune-level cadres, civil servants and public employees to make great efforts, increase their studies to improve their professional qualifications to meet the requirements of the tasks in the new situation.
At the meeting, voters expressed their joy and pride in the achievements that the country and Binh Thuan province have achieved after 50 years of liberation and unification. Voters highly agreed with the revolution of merging provinces and organizing 2-level local governments that the entire political system is implementing. Voters suggested that the road system has been basically invested in, but the management of vehicle loads on the roads has not received attention, the situation of heavy-load vehicles running on inter-village roads easily causes the deterioration of these roads. Voters also suggested that Gia Huynh commune after the merger has a large area, so it is necessary to arrange staff reasonably, and there should be an office to receive documents in remote areas so that people can conveniently contact for work.

Voters also recommended that the government have policies to support people to stabilize the output of agricultural products, not to let the situation of good harvest but low prices. Currently, in Gia Huynh commune, there are many areas of land of people that have been used stably for many years but have not yet been granted land use right certificates, so voters recommended that the relevant agencies have measures to solve this pressing problem for the people. Voters also recommended that the National Assembly have policies to support part-time commune-level officials after implementing the new local government model.
After listening to the opinions, delegate Dang Hong Sy also informed and discussed to clarify some issues that the people of Gia Huynh commune were interested in. Regarding the opinions of voters about land, delegate Dang Hong Sy suggested that the People's Committee of Gia Huynh commune and the People's Committee of Tanh Linh district coordinate with the functional departments of the province to carry out procedures to remove difficulties for the people. Regarding the opinion on the arrangement of the administrative center, based on the actual situation after the merger, the commune level will have proposals on suitable locations. For part-time commune-level officials after they no longer work, the state will have appropriate support policies. Regarding the remaining opinions, delegate Dang Hong Sy will accept and will give opinions to the relevant ministries and functional departments.
