Currently, Ha Giang Newspaper has a total of 128 cadres and civil servants; including 1 Editorial Board and 9 affiliated departments; reducing 1 public service unit under the province, reducing 7 department-level focal points, reaching a rate of 43.75%; including 2 service units under the provincial Radio and Television Station. Immediately after the merger, Ha Giang Newspaper assigned specific tasks to each department, each cadre, reporter, and editor.
