In the context of the whole country enthusiastically celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025) and the success of the 5th Congress of the Party Committee of Agribank Tuyen Quang Branch for the term 2025-2030, General Director of Agribank Tuyen Quang Branch Pham Viet Ha emphasized that the Bank - Enterprise Connection Conference is a valuable opportunity to strengthen cooperation, share, and express gratitude to partners and customers who have been closely attached to the bank. In terms of credit, the total outstanding debt in 2024 of Agribank Tuyen Quang reached VND 11,812 billion, an increase of VND 1,518 billion, equivalent to 14.8% compared to 2023, exceeding the plan by 145%. Outstanding personal debt reached VND 8,609 billion, while outstanding corporate customer debt reached VND 3,203 billion, an increase of VND 285 billion, accounting for 27% of total outstanding debt. Notably, the corporate customer loan turnover in 2024 reached VND 3,710 billion, affirming the branch's role in supporting local businesses.

In the first quarter of 2025, outstanding credit reached VND 12,324 billion, an increase of VND 512 billion, equivalent to 4.3%, exceeding the plan by 173%. Corporate lending turnover reached VND 965 billion, with outstanding corporate debt increasing to VND 3,288 billion, an increase of VND 85 billion, accounting for 27% of total outstanding debt.

Ms. Ha affirmed that, after nearly 40 years of establishment and development, Agribank Tuyen Quang has always received attention and close guidance from the State Bank of Vietnam, Region 4 Branch (formerly the State Bank of Tuyen Quang Province) and Agribank Vietnam. The timely guidance from these agencies has helped the bank synchronously implement credit programs, removing capital difficulties for businesses and customers. As a leading state-owned commercial bank, holding a key position in the agricultural sector, Agribank Tuyen Quang is steadfast in its goal of taking customers as the center, taking efficiency as a measure, and taking responsibility to the community as a compass. Ms. Pham Viet Ha said that the bank currently has 7 district/city branches, 1 head office, 24 transaction offices, 1 transaction point with specialized cars, 51 ATMs, CDMs, 92 POS machines, and a modern digital banking system, with a staff of 377 employees. This scale helps Agribank Tuyen Quang occupy the largest market share of outstanding loans and capital among local credit institutions, serving nearly 50,000 loan customers - the highest number in the area.

These achievements, according to Ms. Ha, are the result of the determination in implementing business solutions, especially safe and effective credit growth, prioritizing production and business. Thanks to that, Agribank Tuyen Quang has continuously received certificates of merit and certificates of merit from the Provincial Party Committee, Provincial People's Committee, and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, and for many consecutive years has been evaluated by Agribank Vietnam as a branch that has excellently completed its tasks.
