The training activity was co-organized by the Center for Health and Population Initiatives under the Institute for Community Development Studies (ACDC). The instructor was IT engineer Nguyen Huu Khoa - a disabled person with great determination, Thang Binh, who completed a university program in IT.

Trainees who are members of the Association of the Disabled and members of the Disabled Women's Club of Thang Binh district were introduced to the importance of digital technology; the use of electronic devices, software, and the internet to collect, process, and exchange information; job opportunities and community integration for the disabled in the current digital technology environment.

In addition, students are also instructed on how to use e-banking, internet search tools, etc. to help increase access to digital technology for people with disabilities and other useful information.

On this occasion, the Association of People with Disabilities and the Thang Binh Disabled Women's Club jointly organized many exchange and activity activities to celebrate the 27th anniversary of Vietnam's Day of People with Disabilities (April 18, 1998 - April 18, 2025).
