- On the afternoon of April 15, the Department of Education and Training of Lang Son province organized a meeting to encourage students to participate in the national "Students with startup ideas" contest in 2025.
Attending the meeting were leaders of the Department of Education and Training, representatives of the Provincial Association for Promotion of Education, and a number of local businesses.
This year, Lang Son province has 2 projects selected to participate in the final round of the competition. Specifically, including: Project "ORGASH - Green and Sustainable", in the industrial field, implemented by a group of students Phan Hoang Mai Anh, Luc Khanh Linh, Ha Gia Linh, Hoang Nhat Minh and Nong Thuy Anh from Chu Van An High School for the Gifted; and Project "Production and trading of some products from male papaya trees in Loc Binh district", in the field of agriculture, forestry and fishery, implemented by a group of students Thuong Thanh Truc, Lang Hoai Vy and Hoang Thi Yen from Tu Doan High School. These are 2 typical projects, selected from 40 projects participating in the provincial round of the 2024-2025 school year.
The 7th “Students with Startup Ideas” Contest (SV_STARTUP 2025) organized by the Ministry of Education and Training will take place from April 18 to 20 in Ho Chi Minh City. This is a national startup playground, aiming to promote the spirit of innovation and entrepreneurial thinking among students. This year, the contest attracted more than 700 projects from students from provinces and cities across the country. Through the preliminary and semi-final rounds, the Organizing Committee selected 80 excellent projects for the final round, including 30 projects from middle and high school students.
Speaking at the meeting, the leaders of the Department of Education and Training affirmed that the competition is a valuable opportunity for students to demonstrate their mettle, practice their skills, realize their creative ideas and spread the spirit of entrepreneurship in the student community. The leaders of the Department believe that with the support of teachers, careful preparation and high determination, Lang Son students will confidently enter the final round, conquer the challenges and achieve good results, bringing pride to the education sector of the province.
On this occasion, the Department of Education and Training, the Provincial Association for Promotion of Education, businesses, schools and parents' associations of Chu Van An High School for the Gifted and Tu Doan High School presented gifts to encourage and motivate students before entering the competition.
