Colonel Vy Thanh Minh - Deputy Commander, Chief of Staff of the Provincial Military Command chaired the Conference at the provincial bridge point.

The above working group was established under Decision No. 1183 of the Provincial Military Command, consisting of 30 comrades. This conference was organized online from the Provincial Military Command to the connecting points in the units of the entire provincial armed forces.

At the Provincial Military Command bridge, Colonel Vy Thanh Minh - Deputy Commander, Chief of Staff of the Provincial Military Command chaired the Conference.

At the Conference, delegates were informed of Conclusion No. 126, Conclusion No. 127 and Plan No. 156 of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee on reorganizing the apparatus and administrative units at the commune level in Lam Dong province. At the same time, the contents were deployed for the Military Commands of districts, cities and units to advise agencies and units in implementing the reorganization of the apparatus and administrative units at all levels.

In addition, the Provincial Military Command also deployed contents on propaganda and education for cadres, officers, professional soldiers, non-commissioned officers, soldiers, contract workers, reserve soldiers, militia and self-defense forces to deeply understand the meaning and importance of the arrangement of administrative units at all levels. Review, compile statistics, propose plans for management, use, transfer of facilities, weapons and equipment, barracks, defense land, support tools, etc. when not organizing at district level, arranging administrative units at all levels.

Advise the Party Committee and the Provincial Military Command on the proposed plan to establish a regional defense cluster (command board), the plan to arrange the commune-level military command; the proposed plan to organize the military staff, weapons and equipment when there is no district-level military command, and arrange the commune-level military command and the regional defense cluster (command board) according to the instructions of the Military Region and the Ministry of National Defense.

It is expected that the units will complete the reporting plan to the Provincial Military Command before May 5, 2025. When there is a decision from the Military Region and the Ministry of National Defense, the arrangement will be implemented.
