Another important achievement is that 100% of communes in the province have postal points with staff and internet connection, eliminating the service gap between urban and rural areas, remote and isolated areas.

The extensive postal network is becoming a solid foundation, strongly meeting the growing service demand of e-commerce. The development of online trading floors and online shopping activities has found an effective "extension arm" from the postal system.
