The Prime Minister has just issued Decision No. 724/QD-TTg dated April 6, 2025 on the free provision of materials and equipment from the national reserve in 2025 to ministries and localities to serve disaster prevention and control, search and rescue work.

Accordingly, equipment from the national reserve in 2025 issued to ministries and localities includes: life-saving tents of all kinds; life buoys of all kinds; generators of all kinds; fire-fighting water pumps; drilling and cutting equipment...

Of which, Quang Tri province was provided with 10 sets of life-saving tents, each set 16.5 ^m2 ; 4,250 round life buoys; 5,600 life jackets; 1 set of rescue rope launching equipment.

Assign the Ministry of Finance to handle specifically according to regulations; according to assigned functions and tasks, take responsibility for the basis, information, data, reports and proposals.

Ministries and localities are responsible for the accuracy of proposed information, data and quantities; receiving, allocating and distributing national reserve goods in accordance with regulations, to the right subjects and for the right purposes; managing, using, preserving and implementing reporting regimes according to regulations.

The National Committee for Incident and Disaster Response and Search and Rescue shall coordinate with ministries and localities to distribute national reserve goods according to regulations; according to assigned functions and tasks, preside over and coordinate with the Ministry of Finance and relevant ministries and localities to inspect the distribution, management, use, preservation and maintenance of national reserve materials and equipment to ensure proper purposes and effectiveness.
