Regarding administrative procedure reform, striving for at least 80% of administrative procedures requiring financial obligations to be implemented for online payment, of which the rate of online payment transactions reaches 60% or more. The rate of digitization of records and results of handling administrative procedures reaches at least 80%; 100% of administrative procedures are eligible and are provided with full online public services. The satisfaction level of people and businesses in handling administrative procedures reaches at least 90%, of which the satisfaction level in handling administrative procedures in the fields of land, construction and investment reaches at least 85%. Regarding the construction of e-government and digital government, strive for 100% of administrative agencies to apply, maintain and improve the quality management system according to the National Standard TCVN ISO 9001:2015.
