According to the plan, on April 19, the province will simultaneously organize 4 major events including: technical opening of the Bien Hoa-Vung Tau expressway project (phase 1); groundbreaking of the Bien Hoa-Vung Tau expressway connection route; inauguration of coastal route 994 from Nha Lon Long Son area to National Highway 51 and the Con Dao District Military-Civilian Medical Center. These events will be connected online with connecting points nationwide.

To organize solemn, safe and economical events, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested relevant departments, branches and localities to closely coordinate in the preparation stage, from stage setting, arranging the event space, developing the program script, to the plan to welcome guests, ensuring security, order and traffic safety.

In particular, units must agree on the groundbreaking and inauguration ceremony scenario with central agencies, ensuring proper implementation of the direction in Official Dispatch No. 33/CD-TTg dated April 7, 2025 of the Prime Minister.
