On the morning of April 15, 2025, the workshop "Experience of AI application in management and administration for business leaders" was held, attracting more than 400 businesses in Binh Dinh province to attend.

The workshop was organized by MISA Joint Stock Company in collaboration with the Department of Science and Technology (KH&CN) and the Binh Dinh Young Entrepreneurs Association to introduce and raise awareness of AI-integrated digital solutions to help improve management efficiency and enhance competitiveness for local businesses.

Attending the program, on the side of Binh Dinh province, there were Mr. Lam Hai Giang - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Mr. Tran Kim Kha - Director of the Department of Science & Technology, Mr. Nguyen Minh Thao - Deputy Director of the Department of Science & Technology, together with leaders of departments, branches, sectors, unions of the province, People's Committees of districts, cities and enterprises in the province. On the side of Binh Dinh Young Entrepreneurs Association, there were Mr. Vu Hong Quan - Chairman of the Young Entrepreneurs Association. Mr. Tran Quang Ninh - Vice Chairman of Binh Dinh Entrepreneurs Club in Ho Chi Minh City. On the side of MISA, there were Ms. Dinh Thi Thuy, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong Quyen - Director of Digital Transformation Consulting.

In his opening speech, Mr. Lam Hai Giang, Vice Chairman of Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee, emphasized the importance of applying AI solutions and features in the context of strong digital transformation as it is today. In particular, implementing Resolution 57-NQ/TW dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo on scientific and technological breakthroughs, innovation and national digital transformation, the deployment of these technological solutions needs to be strongly promoted for businesses in the province. Mr. Giang hopes that the workshop will bring practical values, helping businesses effectively deploy digital solutions integrated with AI, thereby strongly promoting the digital transformation process in the province.

Representing MISA, Ms. Dinh Thi Thuy - Vice Chairwoman of the Board of Directors also emphasized that AI application is an inevitable trend in the current digital transformation process. With the mission of serving society by providing convenient digital solutions, MISA is committed to always accompanying businesses in Binh Dinh province to accelerate digital transformation, effectively applying AI to operations to improve governance capacity and sustainable development.

Opening the discussion, Mr. Nguyen Minh Thao - Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology of Binh Dinh province presented the policies and plans to promote digital transformation for businesses in the province. He said that to support businesses, the province has implemented activities such as communication and consulting to raise awareness of the benefits of digital technology; organizing seminars and forums to share experiences in applying technology to management, and creating opportunities to connect businesses with experts and technology partners. The province also focuses on developing digital infrastructure, helping businesses effectively apply technology solutions, towards sustainable development in the digital age.

Representing the voice of the business community in the province, Mr. Vu Hong Quan - Chairman of the Binh Dinh Young Entrepreneurs Association, highly appreciated the attention and drastic direction of the Party committees and authorities at all levels, helping the digital transformation work of Binh Dinh to make positive progress. However, Mr. Quan also pointed out that although awareness of the potential of technology is increasingly enhanced, due to the lack of resources and specialized knowledge, catching up with technology trends such as AI still faces many obstacles. To solve this problem, he emphasized the need for support from specialized technology enterprises along with preferential policies from the government and supporting units to promote effective digital transformation.

According to Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong Quyen - Director of MISA Digital Transformation Consulting, Binh Dinh Province enterprises are currently facing three major problems in management and digital transformation. Firstly, enterprises are using separate, unconnected solutions, leading to fragmented data. Secondly, some solutions are only suitable for a stage of business development, and when replacement is needed, it is difficult to inherit historical data.
