MISA officially signed a comprehensive strategic cooperation agreement with CMC Telecom

On the morning of August 1, 2024, MISA Joint Stock Company (MISA) and CMC Telecommunication Infrastructure Joint Stock Company (CMC Telecom) signed a comprehensive strategic cooperation agreement to maximize the strengths of each party to provide convenient digital solutions to customers, bringing common benefits to the community.

The signing between MISA and CMC aims to help the two sides flexibly coordinate in consulting and implementing digital solutions for existing customers of both sides as well as new customers. MISA's strengths are software solutions, platforms, and IT services provided to organizations and businesses. Meanwhile, as a comprehensive digital infrastructure provider, CMC Telecom has strengths in telecommunications infrastructure and services combining Information Technology and Telecommunications. Taking advantage of the existing strengths of both sides, MISA and CMC expect to expand their target customer base and accelerate the comprehensive digital transformation process for the business community. The two sides also agreed to consider developing more solutions and services to serve customers.

Regarding cooperation in providing foundational application software solutions for organizations and businesses, MISA will be the unit that builds preferential policies for CMC Telecom and CMC Telecom's customers. In particular, MISA focuses on deploying the MISA AMIS Unified Enterprise Management Platform product, which includes 4 subsystems: Finance - Accounting, Marketing - Sales, Customer Care; Human Resource Management; Operations, Digital Office.

Regarding cooperation in information technology and telecommunications, CMC Telecom plays the role of an organizer in designing, building, deploying, and providing professional, modern, safe, and suitable IT solutions, products, and services. CMC Telecom builds preferential policies on digital infrastructure services, connection services, Data Center services, Cloud services, Multi Cloud, Information Security solutions, and VAS services... for MISA and MISA's customers.
