According to the plan, the Provincial People's Committee sets out specific tasks and solutions with the expectation of attracting 11 million tourists, including 850,000 international visitors.

The key strategies set out include: Developing tourism brands, focusing on building the image of Lam Dong as a "Safe, civilized and friendly destination" to enhance competitiveness in the market; diversifying tourism products by expanding tourism types such as eco-tourism, community tourism and healthcare, along with organizing international cultural events; accelerating digital transformation and green transformation in tourism development, including soon completing the province-wide digital tourism database, connecting with the national tourism system, applying digital technology at tourist attractions and building green tourism through sustainable criteria; improving service quality, controlling prices, as well as building a transparent and civilized tourism environment.

In particular, the Provincial People's Committee aims to upgrade infrastructure such as: Expanding Lien Khuong airport and improving the transportation system to enhance connectivity to tourist destinations.

In addition, the province also focuses on environmental protection solutions, encourages the use of cashless payments and raises public awareness to ensure sustainable development.

Lam Dong expects the tourism industry to become a strategic economic foundation, contributing to the province's strong development and significant achievements in 2025.

Previously, on April 10, 2025, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh signed Official Dispatch No. 34/CD-TTg on promoting tourism development, ensuring double-digit economic growth.
