At the same time, promote propaganda on civilized tourist behavior in tourist areas and spots, ensure security and order, environmental sanitation, food safety, list prices and sell at the right price, and prevent stalking and scamming tourists.

The Provincial People's Committee assigned relevant agencies to establish and publicize a multilingual hotline. Through this, it aims to promptly receive and handle tourists' feedback, inspect, detect, prevent and strictly handle violations of the law in the tourism sector.

For restaurants, the document requests that electronic payments be initiated from cash registers. If not implemented, the license will be revoked or the business will be banned; promptly report and advise the Provincial People's Committee to direct the settlement according to the authority and regulations of the law.
