Social networks are spreading images of a "ghost month" worship ceremony at the gate of a garment company in Vsip Hai Phong Industrial Park.
Passing through this area, many people mistakenly thought it was a fair booth displaying products. After careful observation, passersby discovered that the scene displayed before their eyes was a giant offering tray.

Discussing the 7th lunar month full moon worship at the company, a Hanoi worker said that the activity took place early in the morning, around 7:30 today. This is a garment company in the Vsip Hai Phong Industrial Park.
Mr. N. said that the 15th day of the 7th lunar month is considered by Vietnamese people as an occasion to pardon the deceased, coinciding with the Vu Lan festival of filial piety according to Buddhist tradition.
This is an occasion for descendants to turn to their ancestors, roots, and parents, as well as to show compassion and mercy to the deceased.
Therefore, this worker shared that it is understandable that the company prepares a neat offering tray for the 15th day of the 7th lunar month. Since working at the company, every 7th lunar month, Mr. N. has witnessed the neat offering ceremony and large-scale offering tray prepared by the company.
After the ceremony, the company staff "spread out blessings" and distributed offerings to workers in each department. At the workers' lunch table that same day, offerings such as fruits and candies were already placed.
Unlike most businesses in the same industrial park, this garment company also has activities to practice the cultural beliefs of Vietnam in particular and Asia in general.
The garment company representative also confirmed that the full moon worship ceremony was held this morning, before shift time. This is an annual activity that has been maintained and carried out for many years.
