Handover ceremony of the house of gratitude to Mrs. Le Thi Cu's family

Mrs. Cu belongs to a family with meritorious services to the revolution, currently worshiping the Vietnamese Heroic Mother and her two younger brothers are martyrs. She herself is old and weak, her children do not have stable jobs, their income is unstable, and their housing is dilapidated.

With the above situation, PC Hue staff and workers supported 70 million VND to start building a new house for Mrs. Cu. In addition to the financial support from PC, there were also other sources of support from relatives and local authorities. After nearly 2 months of construction, Mrs. Cu's house with an area of ​​nearly 50m2 (3 rooms, corrugated iron roof) was completed.

On this occasion, Mr. Tran Van Minh, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the PC Hue Trade Union, sent his congratulations to the family of Ms. Le Thi Cu, and presented the family with an electric fan to celebrate the inauguration of the new house. At the same time, he thanked the local government for creating conditions for PC Hue in particular and the Electricity industry in general to carry out social security activities, towards the community, sharing with poor households to build houses and stabilize their lives.

Handing over the house and supporting additional fans and gas stoves for Mr. Vo Van Dung's family

Previously, on April 26, PC Hue handed over a house of gratitude to the poor family of Vo Van Dung (Vy Da Ward, Thuan Hoa District) with a support fund of 70 million VND from the electricity sector's staff and workers' fund. At the handover ceremony, representatives of PC Hue's leadership presented Mr. Dung's family with a gas stove and an electric fan for daily use.

In 2025, responding to the Prime Minister's call to continue promoting the elimination of temporary and dilapidated houses nationwide and to celebrate the 50th anniversary of EVNCPC's founding (October 7, 1975 - October 7, 2025), the Central Power Corporation has been supporting the construction of 70 gratitude houses in 13 provinces/cities in the Central Highlands. Of these, in Hue City, 5 houses have been built with a support budget of 350 million VND.
