Saigon Thuong Tin Real Estate Joint Stock Company - TTC Land (SCR) has just received the resignation of 3 members of the board of directors.

Notably on this list of resignations is Mr. Dang Hong Anh - who is currently holding the position of Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors . Mr. Dang Hong Anh said that due to personal reasons, he could not continue to perform his duties as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of SCR.

Along with Mr. Hong Anh, Mr. Pham Trung Kien and Mr. Le Quang Vu also resigned from their positions as members of the board of directors for personal reasons.

Mr. Dang Hong Anh is the son of Mr. Dang Van Thanh - founder and chairman of Thanh Thanh Cong Group.

According to the 2024 management report, Mr. Dang Hong Anh holds more than 40 million SCR shares, equivalent to 9.29% ownership of TTC Land's capital.

Meanwhile, most of Mr. Dang Hong Anh's family members no longer hold capital in this enterprise. For example, Mr. Dang Van Thanh only holds 0.05% of SCR's capital, and Ms. Huynh Bich Ngoc (Mr. Hong Anh's mother) still holds 0.02%.

Last year, shortly after Ms. Huynh Bich Ngoc resigned as chairwoman of TTC Land, Ms. Dang Huynh Uc My - sister of Mr. Dang Hong Anh - also divested all her capital from this enterprise.

Currently, in the shareholder structure of TTC Land, Thanh Thanh Cong Investment Joint Stock Company, a company related to Mr. Hong Anh, is holding more than 97.7 million SCR shares, equivalent to 6.72% of charter capital.

The dismissal of Mr. Hong Anh and the two above-mentioned board members will be presented at the upcoming annual general meeting of shareholders for the 2024 fiscal year.

Regarding this congress, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Chuong - Chairman of the Board of Directors of TTC Land - was assigned to represent the Board of Directors to carry out the procedures for organizing the congress in accordance with regulations.

Regarding business results, TTC Land recorded revenue of VND800 billion last year, while after-tax profit reached more than VND4.2 billion.
