On April 29, Standing Deputy Secretary of Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Duc Hien chaired the Conference to announce the decision on personnel work at the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ca Mau province.

At the conference, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Duc Hien announced the decision of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on implementing the early retirement policy according to Decree 178/2024/ND-CP dated December 31, 2024 of the Government for comrade Duong Thu Hien, member of the Provincial Party Committee.

Standing Deputy Secretary of Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Duc Hien presented the decision on early retirement to comrade Duong Thu Hien.

On behalf of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, comrade Nguyen Duc Hien acknowledged the contributions of comrade Duong Thu Hien to the revolutionary cause and the field of work over the past many years and congratulated comrade Duong Thu Hien on receiving the decision of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee to retire in accordance with the provisions of law.

Comrade Le Thanh Trieu, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ca Mau province, highly appreciated the capacity and contributions of comrade Duong Thu Hien during her work.

Comrade Duong Thu Hien has worked at a state agency since a very early age, holding many different positions, so during her work she has always strived, trained, had initiatives, and contributed to the collective, the organization, and the common cause of the work unit. Comrade Duong Thu Hien officially retired from May 1, 2025.

Speaking at the conference, Standing Deputy Secretary of Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Duc Hien hoped that in the coming time, comrade Duong Thu Hien would always monitor and pay attention to give timely and in-depth comments on the direction of the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial People's Committee in the coming time.
