Vietjet opens new route connecting Ho Chi Minh City with Nagoya and Fukuoka (Japan)

Flights connecting Ho Chi Minh City with Nagoya will officially serve passengers from April 24, 2025 with 4 round trips per week on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

Along with that, the Ho Chi Minh City - Fukuoka route will open from April 25, 2025 with 3 round trips per week on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

With the launch of two new routes, Vietjet has increased the total number of flights connecting Vietnam with the "land of the rising sun" to 138 flights per week, connecting major cities such as Tokyo, Osaka, Nagoya, Fukuoka and Hiroshima. This is an important milestone in the airline's flight network expansion strategy.

Nagoya and Fukuoka are both unique cities in Japan, offering visitors the opportunity to explore their culture, history and cuisine. Nagoya, a major commercial and industrial center of Japan, is notable for its modern architecture. Meanwhile, Fukuoka, a city located on the island of Kyushu, is famous for its ancient temples and large parks.
