A formation of 56 blocks with more than 13,000 people, including military forces, police, militia and representatives of the masses, is ready for this important event.

Each marching group in their proper uniforms had reviewed their formation, their steps, their ranks and symbols, ensuring absolute precision for the ceremony. Interspersed with the groups of people were military vehicles carrying the symbols of each force: command vehicles, armored vehicles, artillery vehicles, specialized vehicles for firefighting, rescue, and disaster relief, vehicles carrying historical models – all were ready.
