Leaders of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and the Provincial Labor Federation awarded certificates of merit to exemplary party members.

Implementing the direction of the superior Trade Union and Nam Truc district on the work of developing Party members and participating in building grassroots Party organizations, the Nam Truc district Labor Federation has developed plans, directed and coordinated with all levels of Trade Unions to implement key tasks such as: organizing conferences, seminars, and thematic talks with rich and diverse content on Ho Chi Minh's ideology, the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws, and resolutions of Party congresses at all levels; creating conditions for workers to participate in movements and activities of the Party and unions; Building mechanisms and policies on employment and living conditions for workers, especially issues on working conditions, wages, social insurance, health insurance, medical examination and treatment, cultural and sports activities, etc. In 2024, the District Labor Federation directed 100% of its grassroots trade unions to organize propaganda activities on the Party's policies and guidelines, and resolutions of the higher-level trade unions, thereby fostering the Party's ideals for cadres, union members, workers, civil servants, and laborers. In addition, the Executive Committee of the Grassroots Trade Union assigned cadres to monitor union members and laborers through the production process and participate in emulation movements for good workers - creative workers; promote initiatives, technical improvements, and production rationalization; Promote cultural, artistic, physical education and sports movements with specific and practical contents, creating an environment for union members and employees to strive to practice and develop their capacity and strengths at work. Union organizations mobilize union members and employees to regularly study to improve their qualifications, professional skills, industrial style, and labor discipline; promote activities to encourage learning and talent, and build a learning society in agencies, units, and enterprises; review the learning needs and improve the qualifications of employees; propose to the government, professionals, and employers policies and regimes to encourage and create conditions in terms of time and funding for employees to participate in learning; organize and coordinate the organization of high-quality human resource training classes, thereby discovering typical and advanced factors in the movements, to introduce to the Party for consideration, training, and admission. During the year, the District Labor Federation introduced 130 outstanding union members to Party cells for consideration, training and admission.

Every year, in order to do a good job of developing party members among workers, the Provincial Federation of Labor has concretized the guiding documents of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and the province on the work of trade unions participating in Party building; directed trade unions at all levels to coordinate with local authorities, party committees, political organizations, and develop plans to foster political ideology and working class nature for union members and workers at grassroots trade union organizations; and at the same time, develop propaganda plans to ensure that 100% of trade union organizations in the province have access to the Party's guidelines and policies, and the State's laws and policies on developing party members and building Party organizations. In 2024, 100% of the grassroots trade union organizations directly above the grassroots level have organized propaganda and guided the subordinate trade unions to develop projects, creating conditions for employees to have the opportunity to demonstrate their abilities, professional qualifications, and skills in production and political awareness... from which to have plans for training, fostering, consideration, and introduction to the Party.

For grassroots trade union organizations, in addition to focusing on propaganda and implementation of the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws, and resolutions of higher-level trade unions, they also focus on implementing many solutions to care for and protect the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers. Grassroots trade unions have developed plans to register to introduce at least one outstanding union member for the Party to consider, train, and admit into the Party, and consider this one of the important criteria to evaluate the quality of the organization's activities. In addition, grassroots trade union organizations have also actively launched emulation movements to build "loyal, dedicated, creative, exemplary" cadres and civil servants, "Cadres, civil servants, and public employees compete to practice office culture", "Cadres, civil servants, and public employees say no to negativity"; “Good worker, creative worker”, “Promoting initiatives, technical improvements, rationalizing production”, “Promoting the role of union members in participating in building advanced new rural areas, model new rural areas”, “Green - clean - beautiful, ensuring occupational safety and hygiene”, “Good at public work, good at housework”;... Through movements and activities, the Union has created an environment for employees to promote their capacity, qualities and have the right motivation to strive to be in the ranks of the Party.

Along with the work of Party building and Party member development, trade union organizations actively propagate and mobilize cadres, civil servants and employees to practice office culture, build agencies, units and enterprises that meet cultural standards; guide grassroots trade unions to coordinate with professionals to effectively implement grassroots democracy regulations. In 2024, 99.68% of administrative units organized conferences for cadres, civil servants and public employees, 87.8% of business units organized conferences for workers; 310 collective labor agreements were signed and implemented according to regulations; 235 enterprises organized periodic dialogues at the workplace. Thanks to actively promoting propaganda activities and taking care of interests, more and more outstanding union members are being trained, considered and introduced to Party organizations by grassroots trade unions. In 2024, the provincial Trade Unions at all levels introduced 1,759 outstanding union members and workers to the Party organization for consideration and training to attend Party target classes, of which 963 outstanding union members were admitted to the Communist Party of Vietnam.

In the coming time, the Trade Unions at all levels in the province will continue to closely follow the direction of the Central Government, the province and the higher-level trade unions, continue to innovate the contents and forms of propaganda and political and ideological education, contributing to raising political awareness and sense of responsibility of cadres, union members, employees and workers, actively contributing to the implementation of tasks of agencies, units and enterprises.
