In the published list, Vietnam Thuong Tin Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Vietbank) is one of the private banks that contributed over 100 billion VND to the state budget, with 174 billion VND in 2023. Vietbank's budget contribution/profit size ratio is among the top banks honored in the PRIVATE 100 list.

In 2024, Vietbank aims to achieve a pre-tax profit of VND 1,050 billion, a 29% increase compared to last year; total assets reaching VND 150,000 billion, customer deposits (including securities) reaching VND 116,000 billion, and customer loans reaching VND 95,000 billion.

The bank also aims to expand its market share, increase the size of its total assets both qualitatively and quantitatively, and keep non-performing loans below or equal to 2.5% as stipulated by the State Bank of Vietnam (the State Bank of Vietnam's regulation is 3%).

To achieve its goals, Vietbank remains committed to its orientation of becoming the leading retail bank in Vietnam with a stable and sustainable development strategy, improving the quality of income-generating assets; complying with state regulations; enhancing customer service and experience; and restructuring its organization and personnel to improve labor efficiency and align with the new development direction set by the Board of Directors.
