Honoring over 200 outstanding healthcare trade union officials.

Over the years, the workforce and trade unions at all levels in the Hanoi health sector have strived to excel in labor, study, and work, demonstrating dedication, creativity, and continuous comprehensive innovation, improving medical ethics and professional skills.

Many emulation movements launched by the industry's trade union have achieved high results, such as "Good people, good deeds," "Excellent workers, creative workers," " Scientific research, creative initiatives," "Good at work, good at home," "Cultural lifestyle in industry," etc.

In particular, industry-specific movements are practical and receive widespread support and participation from workers and employees.

For example, "Innovating the style and attitude of healthcare workers towards patient satisfaction" is linked to "Building green, clean, and beautiful healthcare facilities"; building "loyal, creative, dedicated, and exemplary" officials and employees is linked to continuing to promote the study and emulation of President Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style.

The individuals honored and awarded in 2024 are exemplary role models selected and evaluated from the grassroots level to the sectoral level.

The Chairman of the Hanoi Health Sector Trade Union expressed his hope that the individuals honored and awarded would continue to build upon their achievements and strive to replicate more exemplary models, contributing more vibrant blossoms to the overall emulation movement and achievements of the Capital's health sector.

At the conference, 24 trade union officials from the Hanoi Health sector received the Commemorative Medal for their contributions to the development of trade union organizations in 2024 from the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.

The Hanoi Health Sector Trade Union honored and rewarded 48 doctors, nurses, and technicians working in Hanoi's health sector units who were the authors of initiatives and innovations in the "Initiative and Innovation" movement of the Capital's Health Sector in 2024; and rewarded 195 outstanding trade union officials of the Capital's Health Sector in 2024.
