Chief Justice of the Provincial People's Court - Le Quoc Dung briefed on the contents at the conference.

At the conference, the Provincial People's Court deployed and thoroughly grasped Regulation No. 132-QD/TW, dated October 27, 2023 of the Politburo on controlling power, preventing and combating corruption and negativity in investigation, prosecution, trial and execution activities. At the same time, the conference also disseminated Regulation No. 1537-QD/TU, dated September 4, 2024 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on similar content.

In addition, the conference also focused on implementing Plan No. 32-KH/BCSĐ, dated January 12, 2024 of the Party Committee of the Supreme People's Court to implement Regulation No. 132 of the Politburo as well as Plan No. 05-KH/BCSĐ, dated January 29, 2024 of the Party Committee of the Long An Provincial People's Court to implement Plan No. 32 of the Supreme People's Court.

Notably, Regulation No. 132 of the Politburo has 4 chapters and 14 articles, specifically regulating measures to control power, prevent, detect and handle corruption and negative acts in all stages of the litigation process.

The conference aims to raise awareness and responsibility of officials and civil servants of the Court sector in preventing and combating corruption and negativity, contributing to building a clean and strong judicial system./.
