Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Hoang Thu Trang reported the contents of the 27th Session, 10th Provincial People's Council

According to the report of the Provincial People's Committee, in preparation for the 27th Session, the Provincial People's Committee has directed specialized agencies to prepare the contents, accordingly, the expected contents to be presented include: Submission of the draft Resolution approving the policy of rearranging commune-level administrative units in Bac Kan province; Submission of the draft Resolution approving the policy of merging Bac Kan province and Thai Nguyen province; Submission of the draft Resolution adjusting the local budget estimate and allocating the provincial budget in 2025 (2nd time); Submission of the draft Resolution adjusting the public investment plan in 2025 using local budget capital (2nd time); Submission of the draft Resolution adjusting the medium-term public investment plan for the period 2021 - 2025 using local budget capital (16th time); Submission of the draft Resolution on the list of land plots for bidding to select investors to implement investment projects using land in Bac Kan province (3rd time); Submission of the draft Resolution approving the policy of changing the purpose of forest use to other purposes to implement works and projects (supplementary) in 2025 in Bac Kan province (currently there is no Submission proposing to develop a Resolution); Submission of the draft Resolution stipulating the principles, scope, support levels and use of funds to support the protection of rice-growing land in Bac Kan province; Submission of the draft Resolution approving the content of the Sub-zoning plan for the construction of Nam Cat Lake Eco-tourism Area.

At the meeting, delegates discussed the contents to ensure compliance with regulations and progress. Delegates said that resolutions on administrative unit arrangement require very urgent time, so the work must be carried out simultaneously to ensure progress according to Central regulations.

According to Director of the Department of Home Affairs Ha Van Tien, the unit is assigned to advise on the proposals on administrative unit arrangement with many contents in the project development and draft resolution. The unit will make every effort to carry out the work, striving to ensure progress to deploy the next steps.

Speaking at the meeting, Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council Phuong Thi Thanh requested the Provincial People's Committee to direct specialized agencies to focus on implementing the contents and progress according to regulations. Particularly for the contents on the arrangement of administrative units, the Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council requested the Provincial People's Council Committees to work with departments and branches from the beginning to unify the contents, closely follow the requirements to ensure progress, especially the coordination in developing the project to collect voters' opinions, on the content of merger...
