BHG - Towards the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025), the Provincial Youth Union has organized a series of extensive thematic political activities throughout the province. All levels of the Youth Union and the School Union simultaneously organized a flag-raising ceremony combined with political activities with the theme: "The Great Victory of Spring 1975 - The strength of great national unity and the will to unify the country". Attending the activity were comrade Nguyen Hai Duong, member of the Central Executive Committee of the Youth Union, Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union; union members and youth (YVTN) from the provincial armed forces units.

Through the meeting, union members and young people reviewed the heroic historical traditions of the nation, highlighting the leadership role of the Party, the steadfast and indomitable fighting spirit of our army and people in the resistance war against the US to save the country. Notably, before that, the Provincial Youth Union organized a program to watch the documentary "Tunnels: The Sun in the Dark" to help union members and young people approach history in a vivid way, thereby fostering revolutionary ideals, patriotism and a sense of responsibility in the cause of building and defending the Fatherland.

Organizing propaganda and education activities on revolutionary traditions on the occasion of the country's major holidays has profound political significance. These activities contribute to fostering patriotism, revolutionary ideals and national pride for the younger generation. Especially, in the context of the entire Party, the entire people and the entire army making efforts to successfully achieve the goals of socio-economic development, building and defending the Fatherland in the new situation, education on traditions becomes even more important, aiming to arouse the desire to contribute and promote the strength of great national unity.
