At the reception, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Van Loi welcomed the delegation for visiting and working in Binh Duong on the occasion of the General Secretary and President of China Xi Jinping's official visit to the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Introducing the socio-economic situation of Binh Duong province, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Van Loi highly appreciated the contributions of Chinese investors to the development of Vietnam in general and Binh Duong province in particular.

The Secretary hopes that through this visit to Binh Duong, with the experience gained, the working delegation will support Binh Duong to soon study the project of establishing a Free Trade Zone in Binh Duong to promote sustainable economic development.

Professor Dao Nhat Dao highly appreciated the development of Binh Duong over the past time, especially the policy mechanism that creates an open and attractive investment environment. Binh Duong has always been an attractive destination for Chinese enterprises. She also highly appreciated the potential for developing Binh Duong's Free Trade Zone, especially the modern industrial infrastructure which is a very important factor for developing the Free Trade Zone in digitalization and data centers. She emphasized that after this visit and working session in Binh Duong, the delegation will promote steps to support Binh Duong to soon build a Free Trade Zone to promote foreign trade development, attract foreign investment and promote international integration.
