The content of the document clearly states: In 2022, based on the results of summarizing the implementation of the Publishing Law by ministries, branches and localities, the Ministry of Information and Communications has compiled opinions, organized a National Conference to summarize 10 years of implementing the Publishing Law and completed Report No. 178/BC-BTTTT dated December 5, 2022 to submit to the Government and Prime Minister.

Pursuant to the Law on promulgation of legal documents in 2025, Decree No. 80/2025/ND-CP dated April 1, 2025 of the Government on the organization of implementation of legal documents and to prepare for the development of the draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Publishing Law, assigned by the Government and the Prime Minister in 2025, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism requests agencies, organizations, units and enterprises to continue reviewing, evaluating and summarizing the implementation of the Publishing Law (supplementing the summary content and data of 2 years 2023-2024) for the Ministry to synthesize and develop a report summarizing 12 years of implementing the Publishing Law to submit to the Government.
