The National Program on Energy Efficiency and Conservation for the 2019-2030 period (hereinafter referred to as the Program) was approved by the Prime Minister in Decision No. 280/QD-TTg dated March 13, 2019. Accordingly, the Program focuses on 09 main groups of tasks (see details in Decision No. 280/QD-TTg).

To implement the 2026 Program implementation plan, the Department of Innovation, Green Transformation and Industrial Promotion, Ministry of Industry and Trade requests organizations operating in the field of energy saving and efficiency, based on the content of the Program, to develop proposed tasks expected to be implemented in 2026 and send them to the Department of Innovation, Green Transformation and Industrial Promotion, Ministry of Industry and Trade at 54 Hai Ba Trung Street, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi City and send soft copies via email: [email protected] before April 30, 2025. The task proposal dossier includes:

- List of proposed tasks and budget (according to Appendix I, II);

- Detailed budget estimate of the task (according to Appendix III).
