Carry out compensation, support and resettlement work for Binh Dong Industrial Park Project and Binh Dong Resettlement Area to ensure proper procedures according to regulations for implementing land recovery notices to households whose land is recovered to implement the project, (based on Clause 2, Article 87 of the 2024 Land Law).
The Go Cong City Land Fund Development and Project Management Board informs households whose names are on the attached list who have not received the land recovery notice, the Binh Dong Industrial Park project and Binh Dong Resettlement Area to know about the Land Recovery Notice information according to regulations.
