According to the plan of the Ministry of Education and Training (MOET), the virtual filtering for university admission will take place from August 13 to 5:00 p.m. on August 17 and will be carried out 6 times.
Every day, schools will join the Ministry of Education and Training to follow the correct process of receiving data, organizing admissions and sending admission results to the system. All admission methods (about 20 methods) are admitted in one round on the Ministry of Education and Training's system.
After the final virtual screening, schools will enter the admission scores and admission results into the system, review and prepare to announce the first round of admission results according to the general schedule. Thus, after this period, schools can announce the benchmark scores and admission results to candidates.
The Ministry of Education and Training requires schools to announce admission scores no later than 5 p.m. on August 19. Each candidate will only be admitted to one highest choice.
Recently, the Banking Academy announced its plan to announce admission scores based on high school graduation exam scores in 2024 on August 17.

Accordingly, for the training program that calculates admission scores on a 30-point scale, the academy stipulates the minimum score for receiving applications is 21 points (including priority points according to current admission regulations).
For the training program with admission scores calculated on a 40-point scale, the school applies a minimum score of 28 points to receive applications (including priority points according to current admission regulations).
Last year, the admission score for the Banking Academy ranged from 21.6 to 26.5 points (on a 30-point scale). The major with the highest admission score was Economic Law. The International Banking and Finance program in conjunction with Coventry University, UK, had the lowest admission score.
With 4 high-quality programs, the school has a benchmark score on a scale of 40, with admission ranging from 32.6 to 32.75 points. Of which, the highest benchmark score is for Accounting, with 32.75 points.
