
In 2023, 26.87 points is the highest admission score of the Military Technical Academy. This is also the score of female candidates in the North applying for admission to the school. In addition, the school requires an additional criterion for Math to achieve 8.4 points or higher.

Previously in 2022, the highest standard score for admission to the school, also applied to female students in the North, was 28.15 points. With this score, the academy requires candidates to achieve 9.4 points or higher in Math.

In 2021, the benchmark score based on the high school graduation exam score method ranges from 23.9 to 28.05 points. Of which, the highest benchmark score is 28.05 points; applied to female candidates in the North applying for groups A00 and A01.
In 2020, the admission score to the school ranges from 25 - 28.15 points. The highest score is 28.15; applicable to female candidates in the North (admission to groups A00, A01).

This year, the school enrolls 540 students. Of these, 405 are for domestic training, 130 are for foreign training, and 5 are for joint training outside the military.
Regarding the minimum admission score in 2024, male and female candidates from the North are 20 and 22 points respectively. Male and female candidates from the South are 19 and 21 points respectively (on a 30-point scale, plus regional and subject priority points).
The general condition of the Military Technical Academy is that candidates participating in the 2024 high school graduation exam are recognized as high school graduates. The results of the component subjects of the two groups A00 (Math, Physics, Chemistry), A01 (Math, Physics, English) do not have a failing score (score of 1.0 or higher).
