On August 12 in Ha Long City, Quang Ninh Provincial Police and the Department of Organization and Personnel, Ministry of Public Security held a ceremony to announce the decision of the Minister of Public Security on the transfer of Major General Dinh Van Noi, Director of Quang Ninh Provincial Police, to take up and hold the position of Director of the Department of Internal Political Security, Ministry of Public Security.

At the ceremony, the representative of the Department of Organization and Personnel announced the decision of the Minister of Public Security on the transfer of Major General Dinh Van Noi (born in 1976, hometown in Binh Thuy district, Can Tho city), Director of Quang Ninh Provincial Police, to take up and hold the position of Director of the Department of Internal Political Security, Ministry of Public Security; transfer of Colonel Tran Van Phuc (born in 1978, hometown in Dong Anh district, Hanoi city), Director of Thai Binh Provincial Police, to take up and hold the position of Director of Quang Ninh Provincial Police.

Speaking at the ceremony, Major General Nguyen Ngoc Lam - Deputy Minister of Public Security congratulated Major General Dinh Van Noi and Colonel Tran Van Phuc on being entrusted with new tasks by the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security. Deputy Minister Nguyen Ngoc Lam acknowledged the achievements that Major General Dinh Van Noi has made in the past, contributing positively to the results of ensuring political security and social order and safety in localities.

Previously, on August 31, 2022, in Ha Long City, the Ministry of Public Security held a ceremony to announce the Decision of the Minister of Public Security on personnel work at the Quang Ninh Provincial Police.

At the ceremony, Major General Le Van Tuyen, Deputy Minister of Public Security, presented the decision of the Minister of Public Security on the transfer of Colonel Dinh Van Noi to take up work and hold the position of Director of Quang Ninh Provincial Police from September 1, 2022.
