The conference announced the Decision of the Central Youth Union Secretariat recognizing Mr. Le Khac Nguyen Anh as Secretary of the Hai Phong City Youth Union, term XIV, 2022 - 2027.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Bui Quang Huy, alternate member of the Party Central Committee, First Secretary of the Central Youth Union congratulated Mr. Le Khac Nguyen Anh on his new position; as a cadre who was well-trained through a practical environment, matured from the grassroots Youth Union, in any position he always completed the assigned tasks well. The First Secretary of the Central Youth Union asked Mr. Le Khac Nguyen Anh to continue to promote the pioneering, proactive, creative, and united spirit with the Standing Committee and the Standing Committee of the Hai Phong City Youth Union to perform well the tasks of the Youth Union and the youth movement in the area, affirming the prestige and position of the Youth Union; meeting the trust of the Central Youth Union Secretariat and the City leaders in the Hai Phong Youth Union.

Speaking at the new assignment, Mr. Le Khac Nguyen Anh, the new Secretary of the Hai Phong City Youth Union, thanked the Central Youth Union Secretariat, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee and the comrades in the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee for their trust and responsibility, giving him the opportunity to practice and challenge himself in his new position. The new Secretary of the Hai Phong City Youth Union believes that with the enthusiasm of youth, always open to learning, wanting to contribute and ready to accept tasks, he will unite with the Standing Committee of the Hai Phong City Youth Union, effectively deploy the work of the Youth Union and the youth movement of the city to develop more and more strongly, contributing youth strength, effectively implementing the task of socio -economic development of Hai Phong City.
