The Hai Phong City Youth Union has a new Secretary.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Bui Quang Huy, Alternate Member of the Central Committee of the Party and First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Youth Union, congratulated Mr. Le Khac Nguyen Anh on his new assignment. He noted that Mr. Le Khac Nguyen Anh is a well-trained cadre who has risen through the ranks of the grassroots Youth Union and has consistently performed his duties well in every position he has held. The First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Youth Union urged Mr. Le Khac Nguyen Anh to continue to uphold the spirit of pioneering, dynamism, creativity, and unity with the Standing Committee and Executive Committee of the Hai Phong City Youth Union to effectively carry out the tasks of the Youth Union and the youth movement in the area, affirming the prestige and position of the Youth Union organization; and meeting the trust of the Central Committee of the Youth Union and the city's leaders in the Hai Phong Youth Union organization.

In his acceptance speech, Mr. Le Khac Nguyen Anh, the new Secretary of the Hai Phong City Youth Union, thanked the Central Youth Union Secretariat, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, and the members of the City Party Committee's Standing Committee for their trust and for entrusting him with this important responsibility, giving him the opportunity to train and be challenged in his new position. The new Secretary of the Hai Phong City Youth Union expressed his confidence that, with the enthusiasm of youth, a willingness to learn, a desire to contribute, and readiness to undertake tasks, he will work together with the Standing Committee of the Hai Phong City Youth Union to effectively implement the work of the Youth Union and the youth movement in the city, contributing the energy of youth to the effective implementation of the socio -economic development tasks of Hai Phong City.
